Travel Medicine Services
At the International Traveler’s Medical Clinic, we pride ourselves on offering the highest level of service to our clients in a private, comfortable setting. At your travel consult, you will meet one-on-one with the travel nurse who will assess your individual needs based on your health history, specific itinerary, planned activities and type and duration of travel. You will receive any necessary prescriptions and most vaccinations will be administered in one visit. You will receive an official immunization record to keep with your travel documents, as well as full discussion and printed information on precautionary measures to stay healthy while traveling.

- The most current health risks and travel advisories for the country you will be visiting, using a streamlined database compiled from the CDC and WHO.
- Review and recommendations an all vaccines, risks and side effects.
- Malaria risk, appropriate malaria medication and potential side effects, and applicable prescriptions.
- Preventing traveler’s diarrhea, strategies for therapy, and prescription for treatment.
- Personal safety issues such as, insect avoidance, road and pedestrian safety, and risk of blood-borne infections.
- Environmental illnesses such as motion sickness, jet lag, deep vein thrombosis and high altitude illness.
